HEIA(Q) Fashion Design Workshop: Portfolio Design

HEIA(Q) is delighted to announce that after over two years of COVID-related setbacks to our professional development program, we are able to offer our first workshop for 2022.

The 2-hour workshop, Fashion Design Workshop: Portfolio Design, will be facilitated by Ehud Joseph of the University of Canberra, based at TAFE Southbank. It will be held at TAFE Queensland Southbank Campus, Ernest Street, South Brisbane.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Project-based portfolios are a key tool in the application process for many universities’ Fashion, Art, and Design degrees. While various courses provide a broad explanation for what they are seeking, creating the right document is key for students. This two-hour workshop will cover the key features of a project-based portfolio, including practical exercises and design ideation tools. The result should be a skeleton plan you can utilise to help your students prepare for their future applications.
